The Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani is a covenant controlled community. It is governed by the Island & Bluffs at Maui Lani Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CC&Rs). Like the Design Review Guidelines, the Association Rules guide us in the application of the CC&Rs.  For a complete and current set of CC&Rs, please contact our managing agent.
