 Island and Bluffs continues to build its foundation of Association Rules, Guidelines and Procedures. This will result in an increased quality of life within our community.

 

A Permit Program is necessary to properly support some of the rules, guidelines, and procedures of the Association. The purpose of the program will be to authorize (permit) residents in the community and/or their guests to:

·                      Park vehicles during extraordinary circumstances,

·                      Exempt some commercial vehicles from parking inside the garage, and

·                      Solicit inside the Island and Bluffs community.

 

Each permit will have certain informational requirements. This will assist Naia and the Board to be aware of extraordinary circumstances that are occurring within the community. This will result in increased safety and security in Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani.

 

The program will be housed on the website in the Welcome section Home Page, Permits: Information and Forms. Any resident (owner or renter) will have the ability to download and complete the form, and forward it to Naia Properties for handling.

 

Four (4) permits have been identified at this time. Additional permits will be developed as the need arises.
