Landscape Committee
The Board of Directors of Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani Owners Association has formed the Landscape Committee. Its purpose is to:
· Provide general oversight of the maintenance operations of the landscaping and irrigation systems of all Association Property. Day to day management and supervision will be the responsibility of the Property Management Company.
· Identify any changes(s) that will enhance and/or improve landscape operations or landscaping of Association Property, and submit those changes(s) to the Board for approval.
· Report to the Board about the Committees plans and actions at least quarterly, or as necessary.

Master Gardener
We are fortunate to have a master gardener in our community, one willing to sit on the Landscape Committee. Janice Welsh is a former docent at the Lyon Arboretum in Honolulu, a former Protea Farm owner, and a graduate of Maui Community Colleges Master Gardener program. A professed amateur, she loves plants and gardening and volunteers her time at Kula School, assisting them with their landscaping.
