The Board of Directors Meeting for September 23, 2010 will be held at the
University of Hawaii - Maui College, at 6:00 p.m., in the Pa'ina Bldg, Class Act Restaurant (upstairs). Parking is in the same lot used for the Swap Meet. All owners are invited to participate in the Owner's Forum.

The Board continues to receive complaints regarding speeding cars in our community. The majority of people that are driving too fast are community residents or their guests, and are cause for concern for everyone's safety, especially our children. The posted speed limit for our community is 15 mph.
For this reason, your Board is again carefully considering all options and whether any changes should be implemented to help motivate residents and their guests to drive safely in the community. Should these options be implemented, they will result in an added expense to the Association’s Annual Budget.
If you have additional suggestions that would help resolve this issue, please send the Board an email with your comments. To send your comments go to go to Owners Pages, Contact Form, select Send to Board. All suggestions will be evaluated and given full consideration.
