What is the difference between the Maui Lani Community Association and  Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani Owners Association?

Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani Owners Association is responsible for our two gated communities:  Island and Bluffs.  Maui Lani Community Association is the master association for all of Maui Lani, including Island and Bluffs. Every home owner in Maui Lani belongs to the master association. Every Island and Bluffs owner is a member of both the Maui Lani Community Association  and  Island and Bluffs at Maui Lani Owners Association. Each association has its own board, its own CC&Rs, and its own fees.
